Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Sensory Souk purchase!
If you'd like to return or exchange items purchased through our website ).
Products purchased through SensorySouk.com may be returned or exchanged given the following guidelines:
-You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
-If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we will offer an exchange. -Upon receipt of the returned item, we will check over your purchase making sure it is unused and unopened. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
-Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you've returned an item and received a refund on your credit card,
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may takes 14-20 days before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of the above, more than 30 days have passed since your return/refund and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@SensorySouk.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective (within a reasonable period of time), you should promptly return your faulty item to Sensory Souk with details of the product and the defect. We will fully examine the item at the store and exchange if deemed defective and or faulty you will be eligible for a replacement product.
