We want you to be happy with your Sensory Souk purchase!

If you'd like to return or exchange items purchased through our website, please e-mail us at Orders@SensorySouk.com before mailing or returning your package with the following details:


» order number and date
» item(s) you wish to return (item name, barcode, quantity)
» reason for return

Once we receive this information, we will e-mail you a return-authorization code which you must include with your return. After you mail your package, be sure to e-mail us the tracking number so we know when to expect your return.

Products purchased through SensorySouk.com may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (upon approval), minus your original shipping charge.

Returned products must be:
» in their original packaging with barcode
» in their original, unused condition
» returned via the mail service of your choice, with tracking
» received within 20 days of delivery. It is up to the discretion of Sensory Souk to accept or not accept any returns 20 days after delivery.

Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Note: There is a 75 QR service fee charged to orders returned without a return-authorization.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Orders@SensorySouk.com


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Orders@SensorySouk.com and we will reply with instructions on how to exchange your item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
