At this time, we accept payment by cash and credit card in our order collection point. For our online orders, we accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Ordering and Shipping
Our main branch in Qatar in Royal Plaza on Al Sadd Street is closed for good (Watch this space for our new location!).
Most orders received by 6:00 am will be available for delivery in 2 business days.
After you have clicked "Pay," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To update the billing address, shipping address, item quantities, etc. or cancel your unshipped order, please call our customer service department at +974 5512-3374. Most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes.
Back Orders
From time to time our products are sold out and our warehouse is waiting for new stock to arrive. We call these products back-ordered. If you place an order for products, including one that is back-ordered, we will ship the products we have in stock and send the back-ordered item(s) when they become available. Back-ordered items are shipped to you at no extra shipping cost.
Incorrect Address/Undeliverable Package
If the address supplied is incorrect and/or none is available to receive your order, your order is deemed undeliverable and it will be returned to our store. If this happens, please call us to arrange for an additional delivery or to collect in the store. We are glad to ship it to you again however you will need to pay for shipping again.Shipping Options Within Qatar
