If you place your order by 12:00 pm (Noon) AST and choose the Local Pickup option, you can collect your order the next business day from Child Development Center in West Bay. You will receive an email with information on when your order will be ready and what documentation you need in order to collect it.

If you'd like to return or exchange items purchased through our website, please e-mail us at Orders@SensorySouk.com before mailing or returning your package with the following details:
» order number and date
» item(s) you wish to return (item name, barcode, quantity)
» reason for return
Once we receive this information, we will e-mail you a
return-authorization code which you must include with your return. After
you mail your package, be sure to e-mail us the tracking number so we
know when to expect your return.
Products purchased through
SensorySouk.com may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund
or store credit (upon approval), minus your original shipping charge.

Sensory Souk takes the health and
safety of your children very seriously. Products are cleaned before and after
they are rented, using 100% all-natural antibacterial cleaning products. There
will be some wear-and-tear on the products as they are not brand new. It is,
however, still the responsibility of the customer to return the products to us
in their original, clean condition.
If you are missing a toy’s part, you
have 2 days to find and return it. In the event that you are unable to locate
the missing part you will incur a missing parts fee. Please feel free to
contact Sensory Souk in the event that a toy’s part is misplaced and we will
be happy to work with you.
We rent out
high quality products and expect each toy to be returned in working order. If a
toy is damaged or broken during a rental period, we will determine the extent
of the damage and charge a replacement value shown in the invoice, if
applicable. This charge excludes the charge for the original rental period.
Yes, you do. All toys rented out in bags, containers or boxes, should be
returned in their original packaging unless it is shrink wrap. If a toy
is returned without the respective bag, container, box or wrapping, the
customer will be charged for the retail cost of a new box, container or
bag for the toy.
A few days before your rental period ends, you will receive a friendly
reminder (e-mail). If you want to keep the toys longer, you will need to purchase more rental time. Please visit our website to see if your desired rental dates are available.
If for any reason we do not stock a particular toy, please let us know,
as we are new to this business and want to make it a success. We are
always looking to improve the service we offer as well as our selection.
You may cancel/change your order free of charge 24 hours before your
delivery date. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before your
delivery date and a delivery is attempted, a fee of 50 QAR will apply.
